Join our dynamic telehealth team as a Virtual Medical Receptionist! This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals passionate about healthcare and customer service. We provide comprehensive paid training to equip you with all the necessary skills to excel in this remote role. You will be the first point of contact for patients accessing our virtual care services, managing appointments, inquiries, and ensuring a smooth administrative experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming patient calls and telehealth inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm virtual appointments for various medical specialties.
  • Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary demographic details.
  • Provide clear instructions to patients regarding their virtual visits and technology requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in our electronic health system.
  • Route patient calls and messages to appropriate clinical staff as needed.
  • Assist with basic technical support for patients accessing telehealth platforms.
  • Handle administrative tasks efficiently to support the smooth operation of virtual clinics.
