Job Description
Join Carvana as a Virtual Document Verifier and play a crucial role in our remote operations. You will be responsible for meticulously reviewing and verifying identity documents, such as passports and driver’s licenses, to ensure accuracy and compliance with our strict security standards. This 100% remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully review and verify customer-submitted identity documents (passports, driver's licenses, state IDs) for authenticity and accuracy.
- Utilize internal tools and systems to cross-reference document information with provided data.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, inconsistencies, or potential fraudulent activities in submitted documents.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding verification status or issues, as needed.
- Complete all assigned verifications within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Participate actively in ongoing training and quality assurance programs.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative remote team environment.
