Job Description
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the world? UNICEF Canada is seeking dedicated and empathetic Virtual Charity Fundraisers to join our remote team. In this vital role, you will connect with potential donors over the phone, sharing the inspiring mission of UNICEF and securing crucial support for children in need around the globe. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are excellent communicators, highly motivated, and eager to contribute to a meaningful cause, all from the comfort of their home. Full training will be provided, so no prior fundraising experience is necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage potential donors in meaningful conversations about UNICEF's programs and impact.
- Clearly articulate the need for financial support and inspire individuals to contribute.
- Process donations accurately and securely, adhering to all data privacy guidelines.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all donor interactions.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly fundraising targets.
- Accurately record donor information and interaction details in our CRM system.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in French (oral and written) is a strong asset.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing.
- Familiarity with CRM software or donor management systems.
