Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and accurately process incoming Triple Zero (000) emergency calls.
- Rapidly assess situations to determine the nature and severity of the emergency.
- Gather critical information from callers while maintaining a calm and reassuring demeanor.
- Prioritise and dispatch appropriate emergency service resources (Police, Fire, Ambulance) efficiently.
- Provide pre-arrival instructions to callers in life-threatening situations.
- Maintain clear and concise records of all calls and dispatches.
- Communicate effectively with emergency service personnel in the field.
- Adhere to established protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure public safety.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
