Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support and companionship to individuals with mental health conditions, under supervision.
  • Assist service users with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
  • Engage service users in therapeutic activities and community outings to promote social integration and well-being.
  • Monitor and report any changes in a service user's physical or mental condition to senior staff.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of interactions and progress.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and person-centered care.
  • Support the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all service users.
