No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive, hands-on training to equip you with all the skills you need to succeed. Key Responsibilities
- Complete a structured training program to learn the safe and efficient operation of various factory machinery.
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper function and adherence to production specifications.
- Perform basic quality checks on products to identify defects and ensure standards are met.
- Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall factory cleanliness.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or production issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain workflow efficiency.
