Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced bakers in the production of various breads, rolls, and pastries.
- Learn and apply proper scaling, mixing, proofing, and baking techniques.

- Follow recipes accurately and ensure consistent product quality.
- Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation standards.
- Support the bakery team in daily operations, including stocking and cleaning.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Receive and store ingredients properly.
- Observe and learn from skilled bakers, asking questions and actively participating.
