Job Description
Join East Midlands Railway as a Train Driver / Locomotive Engineer and become a crucial part of our team, ensuring the safe and timely transport of passengers across our network. Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate passenger and freight trains in accordance with all railway rules, regulations, and procedures.

- Conduct pre-departure safety checks and post-arrival procedures on locomotives.
- Respond effectively and calmly to emergency situations or operational disruptions.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with control centres, station staff, and other personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of journeys, incidents, and other operational data.
- Ensure passenger comfort and safety during the journey.
- Act as a professional ambassador for East Midlands Railway.
