Job Description
Join the Palm Beach Tan team as a Tanning Salon Consultant in Greenville, SC! We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about customer service, sales, and creating a positive experience for our clients. In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our salon, guiding members through our tanning options, explaining product benefits, and ensuring the salon remains spotless and inviting. Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly, provide exceptional customer service, and build lasting relationships.
- Educate clients on various tanning packages, products, and promotions to drive sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting salon environment, including sanitizing tanning rooms and common areas.
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring salon readiness.
- Resolve client inquiries and concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Achieve personal and team sales goals.
