Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our team in Geelong. This role is pivotal in optimizing our logistics operations by providing insightful data analysis, forecasting trends, and identifying areas for improvement across our complex supply chain. You will work with large datasets, leveraging various analytical tools to transform raw data into actionable strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to supply chain operations, including inventory, transportation, warehousing, and demand forecasting.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization within the supply chain process.
- Collaborate with various departments (e.g., operations, finance, IT) to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Support strategic initiatives by providing data models and predictive analytics to improve decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all analytical activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects by suggesting and implementing process enhancements based on data analysis.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python/R for data manipulation).
- Experience with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
