Job Description
We are actively seeking a highly motivated and reliable Night Replenishment Assistant to join our team in Anaheim. This full-time position offers a premium hourly rate for night shifts and an immediate start for the right candidate. As a Night Replenishment Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supermarket shelves are fully stocked, organized, and ready for our customers each morning. This involves accurately receiving, storing, and merchandising products while adhering to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload delivery trucks and organize merchandise in the stockroom.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain accurate inventory levels according to planograms.
- Ensure products are correctly priced and displayed attractively for customers.
- Operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely and responsibly (training provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the store and stockroom.
- Assist with backroom organization, including consolidating and staging products.
- Remove expired or damaged items and process them according to company guidelines.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet replenishment deadlines.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail, warehouse, or stocking role.
- Familiarity with inventory management or replenishment systems.
- Experience operating pallet jacks or similar equipment (certification a plus).
