Job Description
Are you looking for a fun and dynamic part-time role where you can be part of the action? ARAMARK Sports + Entertainment is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Stadium Kiosk Attendants to join our team in Provo, UT for upcoming match days, concerts, and other special events. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with people. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders from patrons.
- Handle cash and process credit card transactions using a POS system.
- Prepare and serve concession items such as popcorn, hot dogs, beverages, and snacks.
- Maintain a clean and organized kiosk area, including food preparation and serving stations.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock items as needed throughout events.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures for the kiosk.
Required Skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
- Reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive attitude and a team-player mentality.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or food service (a plus, but not required).
- Current Food Handler's Permit (or willingness to obtain one upon hire).
