Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Stadium Kiosk Attendant! This is an exciting opportunity for energetic individuals to work during thrilling match days and lively concerts in Courtenay. If you love fast-paced environments, interacting with people, and being part of big events, this role is for you. We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic team members who can provide excellent customer service, handle transactions efficiently, and ensure guests have an enjoyable experience. No prior experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive training!
Key Responsibilities
- Operate cash register and process various payment methods accurately.
- Serve food and beverages to patrons from kiosk stations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk area during events.
- Restock supplies and prepare items as needed throughout shifts.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, answering guest questions.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with a positive attitude.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
