Job Description

This is an entry-level position where no prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive training, all necessary tools, and ongoing support to help you succeed. You will learn to install, configure, and troubleshoot state-of-the-art smart home systems, including security cameras, smart thermostats, lighting controls, and more, ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless and connected living experience. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in comprehensive training programs on smart home technologies and installation techniques.
- Install, configure, and activate smart home devices and systems (e.g., security cameras, door locks, thermostats, lighting).
- Perform diagnostic checks and troubleshoot connectivity issues with smart home devices.
- Educate customers on the proper use and benefits of their new smart home systems.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and customer interactions.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company standards during installations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Strong interest in technology and smart home solutions.
- Ability to learn and apply technical concepts quickly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (e.g., attics, crawl spaces).
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts (Wi-Fi, routers).
