Job Description
Are you looking to kickstart a rewarding career in safety and site management? Lendlease is offering an exciting entry-level opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Site Marshall in Footscray. No prior experience is required – we are looking for enthusiastic candidates with a strong commitment to safety who are eager to learn. You will receive comprehensive training and support to develop the essential skills needed to ensure the smooth and safe operation of our construction sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access points for personnel and vehicles on site.
- Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic safely around the site.
- Observe and report any potential safety hazards or non-compliance issues to site management.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organised site environment.
- Communicate effectively with site personnel, visitors, and contractors.
- Support the site management team with various operational tasks.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
