Spotless Group is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as an Entry Level Safety Signage Installer in the Truganina local area. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn a valuable trade, contribute to workplace safety, and grow with a leading facilities management company. Full training will be provided to ensure you have all the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of various safety signage (e.g., directional, warning, emergency exit signs) across client sites.
- Prepare work areas, including ensuring all necessary tools and materials are available and safe to use.
- Follow precise installation instructions and safety protocols to ensure signs are correctly and securely placed.
- Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance on existing signage, reporting any defects or damage.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to all WHS guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and site supervisors.
Required Skills
- Willingness to learn and a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good physical fitness for manual tasks, lifting, and working outdoors.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic communication skills.
- Valid Australian Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications
- White Card (Construction Induction Card) or willingness to obtain one.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools (e.g., drills, levels) is a bonus but not essential.
- Understanding of basic workplace safety principles.
