Job Description

We are actively seeking dedicated and reliable Rural General Labourers to join our team in Port Pirie. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general manual labouring duties across agricultural, industrial, and maintenance sites.
  • Assist skilled tradespersons and operators with various tasks as required.
  • Site preparation and cleanup, including debris removal and waste management.
  • Load and unload materials, supplies, and equipment safely.
  • Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
  • Assist with fencing, irrigation, and other farm-related tasks.
  • Adhere strictly to all workplace health and safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion.

Required Skills

  • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks, lift and carry objects.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively in a team.
  • Basic understanding of workplace safety principles.
  • Reliable transport to and from work sites.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a rural, farm, or industrial setting (highly regarded but not essential).
  • Current C-class Driver's License.
  • Current White Card (Construction Induction Card).
  • Basic First Aid certification.
