Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our innovative team in Tacoma, WA. This is an exciting opportunity to design, develop, and deploy automated solutions that streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency for our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test automation workflows using leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements and identify automation opportunities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including Solution Design Documents (SDD), Process Design Documents (PDD), and test plans.
- Implement and ensure the security and data privacy of automated solutions.
- Monitor, debug, and provide ongoing support for existing RPA bots and automations.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of RPA development processes and frameworks.
- Train and mentor junior developers on RPA best practices and tools.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development.
- Proficiency with at least one major RPA platform (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, preferably with C#, VB.NET, or Python.
- Experience with process analysis, design, and implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- RPA developer certification from UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Experience with SQL databases and API integrations.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
- Knowledge of other automation technologies like AI/ML, OCR, or chatbots.
