Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Bundaberg team as a Casual Retail Stockist. As a Retail Stockist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our shelves are well-stocked, products are neatly presented, and the store maintains its high standards of tidiness. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, unpack, and replenish stock on shelves and in display areas.
- Ensure products are rotated correctly and displayed according to merchandising guidelines.
- Monitor and remove expired or damaged products.
- Maintain a clean and organised backroom and sales floor.
- Assist with store tidiness and general cleaning tasks as required.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Required Skills
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Physical fitness to lift and move stock (up to 15kg).
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or stock handling role is a plus but not essential.
- A basic understanding of merchandising principles.
