Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Assist guests with locating products, answering questions, and making purchasing decisions.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked sales floor.
- Help with merchandising, including setting up displays and arranging products.
- Handle guest returns and exchanges according to company policies.
- Learn and adhere to all safety and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for all guests.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation).
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in a customer service role (non-retail experience welcome).
- Familiarity with various retail products and services.
