Job Description
Join our vibrant team as a Retail Fitting Room Sorter! In this entry-level role, you will be crucial in maintaining the organization and tidiness of our fitting rooms and sales floor. Your main goal will be to efficiently sort and rehang clothing items, ensuring they are returned to their proper departments in excellent condition. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about providing a positive shopping experience for our guests. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort and organize clothing items from fitting rooms.
- Rehang items neatly and correctly, ensuring proper sizing and tagging.
- Return sorted merchandise to its designated department on the sales floor.
- Maintain cleanliness and order within the fitting room areas.
- Assist in light stocking and merchandise recovery as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Contribute to a positive and organized store environment.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment (not required).
