Job Description
Embark on an enriching summer internship at L’Auberge Casino Resort Lake Charles, focusing on the dynamic world of Resort Operations and Guest Experience. Key Responsibilities
- Assist front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Support the concierge team in fulfilling guest requests and providing local recommendations.
- Shadow and assist in various operational departments to understand daily workflows.
- Engage with guests to gather feedback and address immediate concerns, escalating as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout the resort.
