Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Repossession Agency Dispatcher to join our team for fast-paced night shifts. In this critical role, you will be the central communication hub, coordinating field agents, managing live assignments, and ensuring seamless operations during overnight hours. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-pressure environment, possesses exceptional communication skills, and can make quick, informed decisions. This position requires a strong ability to multitask and maintain composure while handling urgent situations, playing a vital part in our asset recovery process.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming recovery assignments and dispatch field agents efficiently.
- Monitor agent progress in real-time using GPS tracking and communication systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for field agents, clients, and law enforcement during night shifts.
- Accurately document all communication, actions, and outcomes in the dispatch system.
- Prioritize and manage multiple ongoing assignments, adapting to changing circumstances rapidly.
- Provide clear, concise instructions and support to field agents as needed.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant state and federal regulations during operations.
- Prepare daily activity reports and hand over comprehensive summaries to the next shift.
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and dispatch software (or ability to learn quickly)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

- Reliable and punctual, with a proven ability to work consistent night shifts

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or emergency services
- Familiarity with repossession laws and procedures (e.g., Fair Debt Collection Practices Act)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a significant plus
- High School Diploma or GED
