Job Description
Are you a highly motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment? Enterprise Rent-A-Car is seeking a dedicated Rental Car Detailer / Vacuumer to join our team in Portland, OR. In this essential role, you will be responsible for ensuring our vehicles are meticulously cleaned and prepared to the highest standards for our customers. This position offers weekly pay and opportunities for advancement within our organization. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean vehicle interiors thoroughly, including vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, and cleaning windows.
- Wash and detail vehicle exteriors, including tires and rims, to Enterprise standards.
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and missing items before and after rentals.
- Perform basic maintenance checks, such as fluid levels and tire pressure, and report any issues.
- Move vehicles around the lot as needed, ensuring safe and efficient parking.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in car detailing, cleaning, or a similar service role.
- Familiarity with various cleaning products and equipment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
