Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist experienced renderers and plasterers with site preparation, including cleaning and masking areas.
  • Help mix and prepare rendering materials according to specifications.
  • Handle and transport materials, tools, and equipment safely around job sites.
  • Learn and apply basic rendering techniques under direct supervision.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools are properly cared for.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures at all times.
  • Support the team in achieving project deadlines and quality standards.
