Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Remote Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the Charlottesville, VA area. As a key player, you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and qualifying top-tier candidates primarily through LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms. You will be responsible for building robust talent pipelines, conducting market research, and supporting our recruiters in filling critical roles across various technology domains. Key Responsibilities
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and other advanced sourcing techniques to proactively identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand talent pools, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Qualify potential candidates through initial outreach, resume screening, and introductory calls.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future openings, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified talent.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to thoroughly understand specific job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM software.
- Track and report on sourcing activities, candidate funnel metrics, and key performance indicators.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.
- Represent Apex Systems professionally and enthusiastically in all candidate interactions.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, ideally within the IT/Tech sector.
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networking platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to articulate value propositions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- A proactive mindset with a keen interest in discovering and engaging top talent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with advanced sourcing techniques such as X-raying, social media sourcing, and GitHub searches.
- Familiarity with various technology stacks and roles (e.g., Software Development, Cloud, Data Science).
- Prior experience working in a staffing agency or high-volume recruiting environment.
