Job Description
We are seeking a talented and versatile Remote E-learning Voice Actor to record engaging and clear narration for a variety of training modules. This is a 100% remote contract position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to essential educational content. You will be responsible for delivering professional, high-quality voiceovers that effectively convey information, enhance learning experiences, and maintain a consistent tone aligned with our brand guidelines. We value clear articulation, a natural delivery style, and the ability to adapt to different module requirements. While previous e-learning voiceover experience is a plus, we welcome enthusiastic individuals with excellent vocal talent and a professional home recording setup to apply, as full training on our content style will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Record clear, concise, and engaging voiceovers for e-learning modules, presentations, and internal communications.
- Review scripts thoroughly to ensure accurate pronunciation and understanding of content.
- Perform basic audio editing tasks, including noise reduction, equalization, and normalization, to deliver broadcast-quality audio files.
- Adhere to specific delivery instructions, pacing, and tone requirements for each project.
- Collaborate with content creators and instructional designers to ensure voiceovers meet project objectives.
- Manage recording schedule and deliver finished audio files within agreed-upon deadlines.
- Maintain a professional home recording environment free from background noise and distractions.
- Ensure consistency in voice quality and style across multiple modules for a cohesive learning experience.
- Provide retakes or revisions as necessary based on feedback.
- Stay updated on best practices for remote voice acting and audio production.
Required Skills
- Excellent vocal clarity, articulation, and pronunciation.
- Ability to interpret scripts and convey information in an engaging and understandable manner.
- Proficiency in basic audio recording and editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition).
