Job Description
We are immediately seeking dedicated and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as Recycling Plant Quality Sorters in Cincinnati. In this vital entry-level role, you will be responsible for the manual sorting of various recyclable materials on a conveyor belt, ensuring quality and separation according to established guidelines. Full training will be provided, and all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be supplied. Key Responsibilities
- Manually sort recyclable materials (e.g., paper, plastic, glass, metal) from a conveyor belt.
- Identify and remove non-recyclable items or contaminants.
- Ensure materials are sorted according to specific categories and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding material flow or issues.
- Operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and efficiency.
- Assist with other general labor duties as assigned by the supervisor.
