Job Description

Northern Lights Realty Group is seeking a dedicated and reliable Real Estate Marketing Flyer Distributor to join our growing team in Fairbanks. This entry-level position involves distributing marketing materials, such as flyers and brochures, to designated residential and commercial areas on foot. You’ll play a crucial role in our local outreach efforts, ensuring our listings and services reach potential clients effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, have good physical stamina, and want to be a visible part of a community-focused company. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience in marketing or real estate is necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Distribute real estate flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials to residential and commercial properties within assigned walking routes.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials, adhering to designated distribution schedules.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while representing Northern Lights Realty Group in the community.
- Report any observed issues or feedback from the community regarding distribution efforts.
- Manage and organize marketing materials efficiently to prevent damage or loss.
- Adhere to all local regulations and property rules regarding flyer distribution.
