Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Public Trustee Administrator with a focus on Wills & Estates to join our team in Cork. This role is crucial in supporting the efficient administration of trusts, wills, and estates, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and delivering exceptional service to our clients. The successful candidate will play a key administrative role in managing documentation, coordinating with legal teams, and processing various estate-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the administrative management of wills, trusts, and estate files from initiation to closure.
  • Prepare and process essential documentation, correspondence, and reports accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain meticulous records and databases related to estate administration.
  • Liaise with internal legal teams, financial advisors, and external parties (e.g., beneficiaries, solicitors) as required.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and handle communications related to estate matters.
  • Ensure all administrative processes comply with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Wills & Estates team.

Required Skills

  • Proven administrative experience in an office environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
