Job Description

Nutrien Ag Solutions is offering an exciting Precision Ag Intern placement in Victor Harbor, SA. This entry-level internship is perfect for individuals keen to gain hands-on experience with the latest precision agriculture tools and techniques. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the collection, processing, and analysis of field data using precision agriculture software and tools.
- Support the deployment and maintenance of precision equipment, including GPS units, sensors, and drones.
- Participate in field scouting and data validation activities, learning to identify crop health issues and resource needs.
- Collaborate with agronomists and technical specialists on various projects aimed at optimizing farm operations.
- Help prepare reports and presentations summarizing precision agriculture findings and recommendations.
- Learn about variable rate application technologies and their practical implementation.
- Maintain accurate records of all field activities and data collected.
Required Skills
- Strong interest in agriculture, technology, or environmental science.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
