Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Pool Bar Waitress to join our dynamic team at The Lagoon Oasis Beach Club. In this exciting role, you will be instrumental in providing excellent service to our guests enjoying our pool area. You will take orders, serve beverages and light snacks, and ensure our pool and bar areas remain clean and inviting. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality, even those with limited prior experience, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service in a vibrant beach club setting.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests at the pool bar and surrounding pool area.
- Serve drinks, cocktails, and light snacks efficiently and courteously.
- Process payments accurately using the club's POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool bar, seating areas, and surrounding facilities.
- Monitor guest needs and anticipate requests to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
- Restock bar supplies and notify management of low inventory.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate effectively with bar staff, kitchen, and other team members.
