Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and register plasma donors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Perform accurate and safe venipuncture procedures for plasma collection, following all established protocols.
  • Monitor donors throughout the donation process, identifying and responding to any adverse reactions.
  • Maintain strict adherence to all health, safety, and operational guidelines and procedures.
  • Prepare and process donor samples and documentation with precision.
  • Educate donors about the plasma donation process and address their questions and concerns.
  • Clean and sterilize equipment and maintain a hygienic and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient center operations and donor flow.
