Key Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists and certified pharmacy technicians with daily tasks in a retail pharmacy setting.
- Learn to accurately and efficiently process prescriptions under direct supervision.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering patient questions and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and organizing medication.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Participate in learning and development opportunities to understand pharmacy operations and patient care principles.
- Help prepare medications for dispensing, including counting, pouring, and labeling.
- Learn to operate pharmacy computer systems and other essential equipment.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Basic computer literacy.

Preferred Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Pharmacy Technician training program.
- Previous customer service experience in any field.
- Familiarity with medical terminology (a plus, but not required).
