No prior experience in pest control is required – we provide comprehensive, hands-on training to equip you with all the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this essential industry. Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced Pest Control Technicians with daily routes and tasks.
- Learn and apply pest identification, treatment methods, and safety protocols.
- Prepare equipment, materials, and vehicles for daily service calls.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment and vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety guidelines and industry regulations.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately.
Required Skills
- Eagerness and willingness to learn new skills and information.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Good physical fitness and ability to work in various environments (indoors/outdoors, confined spaces).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Australian Driver's License (essential for travel between sites).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Commitment to safety and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic computer literacy.
- Previous experience in a customer service or field-based role (not essential, but a plus).
- A 'White Card' (Construction Induction Card) is beneficial but not required for application.
