Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part-Time Hotel Servers. This role is crucial to ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for providing excellent service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and inviting dining area. This position specifically requires availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverage items.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Clear tables and reset them for new guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and server stations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service-related issues with a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, safety standards, and hygiene regulations.
