Job Description
Join the vibrant team at Hoyts Cinemas in Wagga Wagga as a Part-time Cinema Staff member, primarily working evening shifts. This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic individuals who love movies and delivering excellent customer service. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable cinema experience, from greeting them at the door to serving snacks and ensuring the cinema is clean and ready for the next showing.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist cinema guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Process ticket sales and concession purchases accurately.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages at the candy bar.
- Monitor cinema screens and report any technical issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of lobbies, restrooms, and auditoriums.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
