Timberlink Australia in Traralgon is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Pallet Makers. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble timber pallets according to specifications using simple hand and power tools.
- Measure and cut timber to precise dimensions, ensuring accuracy and minimal waste.
- Inspect finished pallets for quality, adherence to standards, and structural integrity.
- Load and unload timber materials, ensuring safe handling practices are followed.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production targets.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Required Skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors and experienced team members.
- Basic physical fitness for manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Reliability and punctuality, demonstrating a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications
