Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Jacksonville team as a Packing Peanut Dispenser. In this essential entry-level role, you will be responsible for accurately dispensing packing peanuts and other void fill materials into shipping boxes, ensuring products are securely protected for transit. This position requires a commitment to quality, efficiency, and safety within a fast-paced warehouse setting. Full training will be provided, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals eager to start a career in logistics without prior experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense packing peanuts and other void fill materials into various sized shipping boxes.
- Ensure all items within a package are securely cushioned and protected for safe transit.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to prevent product damage during shipping.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Basic literacy skills to read labels and package information.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 49 pounds regularly throughout a shift.

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or general labor role is a plus, but not required.
