Job Description
Are you a student looking for flexible work that fits around your studies? Or perhaps seeking casual employment in a fast-paced and supportive team? Woolworths on the Gold Coast is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Online Order Pickers to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and packing customer online grocery orders, ensuring the freshest products reach our customers. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary – just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and scan grocery items from shelves according to customer online orders.
- Ensure products are fresh, undamaged, and meet quality standards.
- Pack items carefully into appropriate bags or crates, ready for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with stock rotation and replenishment as needed.
- Work efficiently to meet order deadlines and customer delivery schedules.
Required Skills
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Capable of standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods (up to 15kg).
- Availability to work a flexible roster, including some evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided.
- Basic computer literacy for using scanning devices.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
