Job Description

Are you ready to embark on an exciting career path in renewable energy? Oceanic Wind Solutions is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as an Offshore Wind Farm Deckhand (Trainee). This is an entry-level position designed for highly motivated individuals with no prior experience in offshore operations. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to equip you with all the necessary skills and certifications to safely and effectively contribute to our offshore wind farm operations. This role involves shift work in a dynamic maritime environment, offering a unique opportunity to be part of the future of energy production. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in all required training programs and safety drills.
  • Assist experienced crew members with general vessel operations, maintenance, and deck work.
  • Learn and adhere to all safety protocols and maritime regulations.
  • Handle ropes, lines, and rigging equipment under supervision.
  • Support the transfer of personnel and equipment to and from offshore structures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the vessel deck and common areas.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervising officer.

  • First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Any prior experience working in demanding outdoor environments.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
