Job Description
Join the Woolworths team as a Night Fill Grocery Hand and play a crucial role in ensuring our Belconnen store is fully stocked and ready for our customers each morning. This position involves working late nights and weekends, during which you will be responsible for unpacking deliveries, shelving products, and maintaining a tidy store. You’ll benefit from attractive penalty rates for your night and weekend shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working independently as part of a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload delivery trucks and organize stock in the backroom.
- Efficiently replenish shelves and displays with new products.
- Ensure products are correctly priced and rotated to minimize waste.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including aisles and storage areas.
- Operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely and responsibly (training provided).
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist with stocktake activities as required.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical fitness and ability to lift and carry heavy items regularly.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
