Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Motorcycle Dealership Polisher to join our team in Green Bay. In this essential role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all motorcycles, both new and used, on our showroom floor and in our service area, are immaculately clean, polished, and presented to the highest standards. Your work will directly contribute to the visual appeal of our inventory, enhancing the customer experience and reflecting the quality of Badger State Cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, wash, and detail motorcycles, including chrome, paint, wheels, and engines, to a showroom-ready finish.
- Perform polishing, waxing, and buffing to eliminate minor scratches and enhance paint luster.
- Inspect bikes for any cosmetic imperfections and report findings to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing bay and equipment.
- Manage and maintain detailing supplies, ensuring adequate stock.
- Assist with moving motorcycles within the dealership and lot as needed.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and dealership procedures.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning and polishing techniques and products.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive or motorcycle detailing, cleaning, or polishing.
- Familiarity with various types of motorcycles and their specific cleaning needs.
- Passion for motorcycles and the open road.
