Job Description
Are you passionate about understanding what makes digital experiences engaging and how value is created and exchanged within them? Walmart Global Tech is seeking a curious and driven Monetization & Game Economy Intern to join our team in Fort Smith. This entry-level internship offers a unique opportunity to apply game economy principles and monetization strategies to our diverse portfolio of digital products and user experiences. You will learn how to analyze user behavior, contribute to feature development, and explore innovative ways to enhance engagement and drive value, all under the guidance of experienced professionals. This is a hands-on learning experience where you will gain invaluable insights into the intersection of technology, psychology, and business in a global retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to user engagement, feature adoption, and monetization performance across various digital platforms.
- Conduct market research on industry best practices in game economy design and digital product monetization.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new features and strategies aimed at improving user retention and value creation.
- Help develop and maintain documentation for game economy models and monetization frameworks.
- Support the team in preparing reports and presentations on key metrics and insights.

Required Skills
