Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Mobile Order Pickers to join our team in Grafton. This is an immediate start, full-time opportunity with no prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training! As a Mobile Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time, whether for in-store collection or home delivery. If you are keen to learn, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and are ready to contribute to a vibrant team, we want to hear from you. This is an on-site position based in our Grafton facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using a mobile device or scanner.
- Navigate the store or warehouse efficiently to locate products.
- Ensure product quality and freshness, especially for perishable goods.
- Handle products with care to prevent damage.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets.
- Assist with stock replenishment and store presentation as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and follow instructions carefully.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting moderate weights (up to 15kg) for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic communication skills.

- Familiarity with using a smartphone or tablet is a plus.
