Job Description

Oceanic Time & Gems is seeking a motivated and professional Luxury Watch / Jewelry Sales Associate to join our esteemed team in Port Alberni. We are looking for someone who can not only close sales but also build lasting relationships with our discerning clientele, guiding them through a sophisticated purchasing journey. Full training on our specific product lines and sales techniques will be provided to the right candidate with a strong service background.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and needs for luxury watches and jewelry.
- Showcase and demonstrate products with expertise, highlighting features, craftsmanship, and brand stories.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and commission goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through exceptional follow-up and personalized service.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling payment and managing inventory.
- Maintain the immaculate presentation of merchandise and the showroom environment.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new collections, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and luxurious client experience.
