Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Luxury Watch / Jewelry Sales Associate to join our esteemed team. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for high-end timepieces and fine jewelry, a flair for cultivating lasting client relationships, and a proven track record in luxury sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional and personalized shopping experience, guiding clients through our exquisite collections, and achieving ambitious sales targets through a high-commission structure. We are looking for a professional who embodies elegance, possesses extensive product knowledge (or a strong desire to learn), and is dedicated to upholding our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients in a warm, knowledgeable, and professional manner, understanding their preferences and needs.
- Present and demonstrate luxury watches and fine jewelry collections with expertise and passion, highlighting unique features and craftsmanship.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional follow-up, personalized service, and clienteling strategies.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and managing inventory.
- Maintain an immaculate and secure showroom environment, ensuring proper display and care of merchandise.
- Stay current with industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activities in the luxury watch and jewelry market.
- Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and other operational tasks as required.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of professional sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Demonstrated passion for luxury watches and fine jewelry.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-end, fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
