Job Description
Are you passionate about travel and premium accessories? TUMI is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Luggage & Travel Accessories Sales Associate to join our team in a vibrant mall environment. In this role, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, guiding them through our exquisite collection of luggage, bags, and travel essentials. You will develop in-depth product knowledge, drive sales, and contribute to a welcoming and organized store atmosphere. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner, identifying their needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate TUMI products, highlighting features, benefits, and brand heritage.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays are attractive, clean, and well-stocked.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, ticketing, and organizing merchandise.
- Educate customers on product care, warranty information, and TUMI's commitment to quality.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, encouraging repeat business.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention guidelines.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a retail sales or customer service role (minimum 6 months).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage customers and drive sales.
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with POS systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience selling luxury goods or premium accessories.
- Passion for travel, fashion, or lifestyle products.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
