Job Description
Are you passionate about beauty and wellness but lack direct experience in laser hair removal? Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Laser Hair Removal Assistant (Trainee) to join our growing team in Orlando, FL. This is an incredible entry-level opportunity to start a rewarding career in the clinical beauty industry. We provide comprehensive, paid training to ensure you gain all the necessary skills and certifications to excel in this role. You will learn to assist our certified laser technicians, support clinic operations, and provide exceptional client care in a professional and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all provided training programs to become proficient in laser hair removal procedures and clinic protocols.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
- Assist certified laser technicians during treatments, ensuring client comfort and safety.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.
- Support front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Ensure clinic cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every client.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
- Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- No prior experience in laser hair removal or clinical beauty required – full training provided!
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
