Job Description
Anglicare Riverina is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior NFP Intern with a focus on Program Coordination to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone passionate about making a difference in the non-profit sector. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the daily operations and coordination of our vital community programs. No prior experience is required; we are looking for individuals eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our mission. Full training and mentorship will be provided, offering a comprehensive introduction to NFP program management and community service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Program Managers with the coordination and implementation of various community programs.
- Support the scheduling and logistical arrangements for program activities, workshops, and events.
- Maintain program documentation, records, and databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with program participants, volunteers, and community partners.
- Prepare program materials, presentations, and reports as directed.
- Conduct research to support program development and evaluation initiatives.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for program enhancement.
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth program operations.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

- Familiarity with the Wagga Wagga and Riverina community.
